A cooperation agreement was signed between RSUE and the Seychelles at the Russia-Africa summit

On July 28, 2023, the Russia-Africa summit continues its work in St. Petersburg. Its main motto is “Technologies and security for the sake of sovereign development for the benefit of people.”

On the second day of the summit, a series of agreements were signed between the Don region and African countries, including specific agreements on cooperation in various fields. In particular, a cooperation agreement was signed between Rostov State University of Economics represented by Rector Elena Makarenko and the Seychelles Islands represented by the Director of the Russian-Seychelles Cooperation Corporation, Robenson Bernard Port-Louis.

Also, as part of the Russia-Africa summit, a cooperation agreement was signed between Rostov State University of Economics represented by Rector Elena Makarenko and the University of Zambia represented by Anne Sikwibele, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Zambia. Cooperation in the field of education, science and technology is one of the important areas of work of the economic and humanitarian forum.
