New horizons of international cooperation

As part of the visit of the delegation of the Republic of the Seychelles to Rostov-on-Don, the solemn signing of the Cooperation Agreement between the University and the NPO "Youth Empowerment Seychelles", Seychelles took place at RSUE.

The first visit of the Seychelles delegation to RSUE took place in November 2022, during which the chairman of Youth Empowerment Seychelles, Benjamin Port-Louis, and the co-founder of Seaweed Seychelles, Bernard Port-Louis, discussed with RSUE’s rector Elena Makarenko, Rectorate and staff of the International Office potential areas of cooperation.

The signing of the Cooperation Agreement by RSUE’s rector Elena Makarenko and the Chairman of Youth Empowerment Seychelles Benjamin Port-Louis took place in a solemn atmosphere in the meeting room of the Academic Council.

After the completion of the solemn part of the signing of the Cooperation Agreement, the parties continued the dialogue on the development of a roadmap for interaction in the field of education, academic and scientific exchanges, research activities, training of highly qualified personnel, agreements were reached on joint organization and participation in a number of significant international socio-political and scientific events, implementation of interregional initiatives.
