Delegation of the Seychelles officially visited RSUE

On November 16, 2022, Rector of Rostov State University of Economics Elena Makarenko hosted a delegation from the Seychelles, two delegates representing the Russian-Seychelles Cooperation Corporation. The delegation included an entrepreneur, director of the Russian-Seychelles Cooperation Corporation Bernard Port-Louis and President of the youth non-profit organization «Youth Empowerment Seychelles» Benjamin Port-Louis.

The delegates paid a visit to RSUE for the first time to get acquainted with the university and its rectorate, study its infrastructure, conditions and benefits, as well as discuss areas of bilateral cooperation between the university and the youth organization aimed at supporting the talented youth of the Seychelles and strengthening the Russian-Seychelles educational, scientific and cultural cooperation.

As a result of the visit, RSUE’s Rector and the delegates came to an agreement to sign a letter of intent and an agreement on bilateral cooperation between the University and the «Youth Empowerment Seychelles» organization.
