RSUE is limited in accommodation facilities, therefore it is important to apply for accommodation as soon as possible. Incoming students will be accommodated at RSUE’s dormitory during the exchange period.

Incoming students from EU/EEA countries must get study visa before entering Russia. RSUE will provide accepted candidates with an official Invitation, required for visa. For more information, please contact the Russian embassy in your home country. Visa formalities might take a long time (1 month for issuing of Invitation and up to one month for visa issuing), so it is important to apply in good time before arrival to Russia.

When submitting documents for visa, students are required to acquire medical insurance in their home country which is to cover minimal possible medical cases in Russia for the whole period of stay. However we strongly recommend to purchase additional medical insurance in Russia upon arrival with the full medical coverage.
